Outside Edge team
has extensive training and experience in process improvement, facilitation,
planning, team building and coaching. All have worked as organizational
trainers and understand the practical needs of today's budget conscious
organizations. Their diverse backgrounds and experience ensure a rich
knowledge base to draw from when customizing classes for any type of organization.
| Catherine
Geissler
Catherine is a trainer, coach, and facilitator able to build teams,
partner with leaders, and spark innovation. She communicates based
on directness and respect. Catherine has the unique ability to make
processes enjoyable and incredibly productive.
Catherine is
an expert in adult learning techniques, process redesign improvements,
and simple data collection and testing. She has trained hundreds
of teams representing a thousand different organizations. As a result
of her training her clients have reduced rework, decreased turn-around-times,
shortened lead times, decreased error rates, met regulatory requirements,
and delighted internal and external customers. |

Doug is an expert in facilitating teams, leading executive planning
sessions and coaching managers. His worldwide network makes him
a resource for discovering best practices.
Doug has worked
in organizational leadership for over 25 years, including CEO positions
in public enterprise and as a senior executive in private industry.
He helps clients plan for and organize their process improvement
efforts.
His work has
received national recognition, including the Presidential "E"
Award in 1988, presented by former United States Secretary of Commerce
Malcolm Baldridge. Doug has a Master of Business Administration
from University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics
from University of Oregon. |

Baumann
Jean brings over twenty years of proven success in aligning and
energizing an organization's resources to accelerate performance.
Through her
coaching and consulting with leaders, she fosters a work environment
throughout all levels of the organization in which individuals and
teams more effectively articulate and reach a shared vision and
measurable goals. Jean has specialized skills helping leaders define
customer- and quality-oriented objectives while also setting realistic
expectations for team performance. |

Jean's background includes
ten years as a business strategy development expert, market and product
manager, and a process improvement facilitator for a Fortune 100 company.
Jean's clients include information and telecommunications technology organizations,
healthcare, state and local government, education institutions, and public
power utilities.
Jeannine
Florance
Ms Florance has been a team development and process improvement consultant
for over 25 years. Jeannine has trained and coached more than 1,000 managers
and facilitators on leadership skills, process redesign, and meeting facilitation.
She has facilitated numerous cross-functional teams in strategic planning,
problem-solving and conflict resolution. From her business management
experience, she personally knows the challenges of managing change with
limited staff, in a fast-paced environment.
She has held director
of training positions with the University of Washington Medical Center
and Stuart Anderson's Black Angus. Her degree in Psychology is from Occidental
College.
Jeannine's clients
include University of Washington, Providence Medical Center, Standout
Marketing, Better Homes and Gardens, Eldec Corporation, Washington State
Nursery and Landscape Association, Black Angus Restaurants, and the Council
of Churches.
