Outside Edge trains organizations to increase profits and boost customer
loyalty by teaching managers and employees tools for successful change.
Participants achieve
significant results quickly because training sessions are hands-on, pragmatic,
fun and use adult learning techniques. Training is customized to meet
the client's goals, needs, issues and problems. What we teach is immediately
useful in workplace and gains measurable results.
History
Outside Edge, Inc., was founded in 1992 by Catherine
Geissler and associates each with backgrounds in process improvement,
facilitation, adult and accelerated learning techniques. Every Outside
Edge consultant has over 20 years experience working as an executive,
trainer and quality improvement consultant. Meet the

Awards & Recognition
Our Clients Have Achieved As a Result of Outside Edge Training
- 2004 and 2005 the
Governor of Iowa held a press conference to announce the remarkable
results achieved by seven teams in seven government sectors.
- 2003 Sisters of
Providence, Centralia won the Washington State Quality Award. This
is the only time a hospital has won this award.
- 1998 Highline Hospital
Mid-Wifery Clinic was nominated for the US News & World Reports
Best Health Care Quality Team of the Year.
